KGOBATI MAGOME
Kgobati is the Founder, Managing Partner and Executive Coach at CI Coaching, an Africa-based company focusing on innovative, transformative solutions to Leadership Development and Business Workplace Excellence. Kgobati is an internationally accredited Executive & Team Meta Coach; a Neuro-sematics Trainer; TEDX speaker and an NLP Master Practitioner, with a Deep Passion for People and Helping them and their Business Achieve their Best Goals. This passion is the BIG WHY of what she does.
She has more than 30 years of working in the development and business sectors in South, West, and East Africa- Serving as a professional, a technical advisor and a member of several Boards. She is former Special Policy Advisor to Minister of Education and Chief Director in the Government of South Africa; a Professional and Head of programme within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); and now runs CI Coaching, a formidable Leadership Development and Coaching Company that she founded.
